Refunds & Returns

The 2nd Half produces items made to order. This reduces waste and ensures each piece is created specifically for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item or wrong design), contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.


Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection

  • change of mind

  • normal wear and tear

  • minor colour variation (screen vs fabric)

Please refer to the size guide before ordering.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost in transit or is significantly delayed, contact us at contact@the2ndhalf.shop. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies depending on your bank or payment provider.
